Geraldine has built a niche OD consultancy that offers support to individuals, teams and organisations to accelerate performance and wellbeing. She has a particular interest in how leadership is rapidly evolving to embrace a focus on individual needs and a systemic approach to proactive wellbeing.

Her main associate is Anna Fraser who has developed leading edge wellbeing solutions for individuals and teams with measurable impact. Together we aim to have a selective portfolio of commercial and non-profit clients with whom we can build a quality strategic relationship.

We enjoy being 'positive disruptors', who ask the difficult questions and bring a constructive, objective perspective, fueled by leadership research and strong experience. We are motivated by learning and challenging ourselves as facilitators, and achieving sustainable change for our clients.
